Covers existing wiper spline when wiper is removed. Designed to improve the look of your car at a show or on the road. Notch in bottom of part captures washer fluid hose when installed.

*We highly recommend disabling windshield wiper circuit to avoid turning wipers on with delete kit installed by removing the fuse.*
